Gedamo started the practices to achieve the ISO 9001 certification procedures (which allow to establish the Quality Management) and the ISO 27001 certification (to define the safety management system in information technology). These awards are very important for Gedamo to increase this experience and providing customers a higher quality of service, steadily increasing also the security level.

The certificates detail

ISO 9001:2008
This certification confirms that Gedamo has an effective quality management system (QMS). It shows that the structure of the business processes of the company meets the criteria of the quality standards defined by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). The main procedures defined by ISO 9001 certification include: customer satisfaction, procedures hierarchical business approach and business process management, parameterization and analysis of improvement objectives. Its objective is to increase the confidence of customers through continuous improvement activities of the company.

ISO 27001:2005
This certification defines and ensures the standardization of management systems through an effective information security (Information Security Management System - ISMS). It is structured to protect the confidentiality of information provided to Gedamo and ensures the selection and implementation of adequate security controls. Provides protective measures against any deterioration in quality, quantity, distribution or relevance of the information systems of a company and ensures the proper management of all sensitive information or critical business entrusted by a client to a company. The main procedures defined by ISO 27001 include: safety policy, organization of information security, security, human resources, physical and environmental security, communications security and operations management, access control systems, development and maintenance. Its objective is to increase customer confidence by improving security on the technology.
