A bank wire transfer usually takes 2-3 business days to reach Gedamo bank account. When sending a bank wire transfer, please be sure to include your Gedamo account number in the reference of the payment. Please note that all payments must come from a bank account which has the exact same name as the name on the Gedamo Live account. Gedamo does not accept any deposits from a third party. |

A credit card or debit card deposit is credited to your Live account the same business day it clears the Gedamo account. If the funds are received outside of the office hours (10:00-19:00 EET) or on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), the funds will be credited to your Live account the following business day. Gedamo does not charge any fees or commission for depositing funds. However some credit card providers charge 5-6% for transaction fee. All requests to withdrawal funds are processed the same working day Gedamo receives the Withdrawal Form. If the form is received outside of the office hours (10:00-19:00 EET), on weekends or national holidays, the Withdrawal Form will be processed the following working day.
